Extreme Makeover: Kids Under Construction Edition

Here @ Emmanuel Church, Kids have always been a main focal point of our vision. It’s our desire to have a fresh new look for our Kids Under Construction Dept. going into 2009! The building is in need of some routine maintenance, as well as An “EXTREME MAKEOVER!”

It’s our desire to create a vibrant, fun, relevant, up to date, HIP place for our kids! We want to WOW them and our new guests, with an atmosphere designed just with THEM in mind! We want them to be stoked and excited about coming to God’s HOUSE. The week of Dec. 15th through the 20th, is the 1st phase of Extreme Makeover Kids Under Construction Edition: The staff invites all able bodied volunteers of Emmanuel, to help them clean, remove wallpaper, paint and decorate the main downstairs meeting room of the Children’s building. Demo Begins Monday December 15th going thru Friday the 19th, and the redo begins Saturday the 20th


The Men’s Ministry will be meeting on the 20th @ 8am to prep walls, paint, and add finishing touches to our 1st phase makeover. If you would like to be a part of TEAM EXTREME, please mark your calendars accordingly. This generation is God’s heartbeat, and we simply CAN’T GO WRONG in any amount of time we invest and sow into them. Perhaps you aren’t available that week to work, but would like sow a seed into the next generation?
